Store staff are nice, but the delivery drivers are absolutely horrid. Two delivery men came to delivery furniture and scrapped it across the street, and then complained about:\\n- Not being able to find the address - this was provided to them on the delivery instructions from store staff, and also communicated to them directly...

Missed a sofa delivery as they did not send a text 30 minutes prior to delivery. Trying to arrange re-delivery and no one is picking up a phone. At this moment want to cancel a whole order and get a refund. When calling a different number, a rude lady did not even give me a chance to explain a situation and gave me a number...
