I was there now, I wanted to buy some yoghurts and there were two trolleys nearby. Understaffed. Always have to shout to get someone to approve something at the checkout area. Usually only ever have one person to cover the whole till and self checkout area

Everytine when visit the shop ,Costa coffee machine doesn't work ,it's not nice you don't fix it
