I ordered a lamp for a huge dinner I'm having at home and the website said the order would be delivered in 1-3 working days. Which would not be in time. I called and asked the team why it would be taking 5 working days and why I wasn't informed beforehand this would be happening? Super disappointed with the 'couldn't be...

Great lights and great customer service\\nUnfortunately, one of my lights arrived smashed, their customer service was great and quickly ordered a replacement. Dealing with so many frustrating companies during a renovation and non-existent customer service, it was a refreshing pleasure to deal with Pooky.

Visited store and an amazing lady called Lucy was brilliant. Knew inside out, upside down all products in store. So helpful. Obviously well trained. Just so kind and patient. Would highly recommend. No pressure to purchase. Just a great shopping experience.

Pooky Lighting was set up to offer beautifully designed and well-made lighting at a price that wouldn't break the bank. The company has been built around its website but at the showroom in the Kings Road, just where it joins Lots Road, you will be very welcome to come and feel and see the products in the flesh. You won't be able to take them home with you though - they will be sent (free of charge) from the warehouse and as long as they are in stock, will be with you generally in 1-2 working days.
