Today I had the pleasure of Celie helping me out, she was knowledgable and dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. Celie was very reassuring when one of my medications was not available, but she ordered it quickly and advised it would be ready for me to collect tomorrow. Rude Staff store is a mess and badly stocked

They tell you, quite sternly, to use the self service machines, but then tell you to go to a staffed counter to get a bag. The guy on the counter then gets annoyed that you didn't go to the checkout and sends you back again, even though he seemingly had one job of giving out paper bags.
