I had a disappointing experience at Wembley branch due to the rude behaviour of one of their cashiers. During my visit on 4th march the cashier's tone was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Zero customer care.Queued for over 30 minutes to be given the wrong advise. Returned 5 minutes later to speak to a manager, told he was in a meeting, asked to speak to any other member of staff, told there is no one else in the back - why lie , I saw other staff walk past talking to another customer 5 minutes ago!!!He then... read full comment
