I wish I could give 0 star. They don't even deserve 1 star. Their attitude is sky high. As soon as you enter the branch, most of their staff sitting on their desk are playing with their phones. They never even greet their customers. No one is bothered if customer is waiting to see someone. Even Indian banks are much better... read full comment
