I was not allowed to return item because it was poorly packed from their side and I was not able to bring it back plastic laminated.\\nHow is customer suppose the check the item without opening the plastic lamination ?\\n\\nStore manager was not available when I wanted to speak to him/her.\\nI was told they would arrive...
