I am now proud to say after I submitted a complaint about the owner of the post office, the owner thought its okay to confront me in person when I showed up again at the post office. I was there for send my order return, but one staff member is so rude there and don't know what he is talking about. Very bad customer service from very uneducated staff in this shop.I will never use this post office.

Shop closes at 10 but I went in at 7.55 (Wed 6th Sept) to check what time post office closes, as I had a letter to post, recorded. Guy said it closes at 8 o'clock, but he closes early to do his paperwork. So it doesn't close at 8, it closes whenever he feels like it.
