I never had any issue with the staff. They are pleasant but sometimes only one cashier on the till makes it a little longer to wait for the turn hence the 4star.

Wanted to open account but they require documents addressed to Nationwide which my practice says they would charge me 35 pounds that's pretty hefty when I don't even require anything else. They did not wish to accept anything else beside my BRP like tax documents or my company letters but only my family practice letter...

1- The Manager is a very polite and helpful i will give her 10-10,,2- The 2 lady are so helpful give them8.5-10, ..And there are man is ???.give them 4-10,, Godbless all ur N Wide staff.
