Bad big ques I waited for 10 minutes for some one to scan my shopping and then another 10 to pay because the person from the till was gone to help the people from self scan machine

Not only this Iceland, but generally all over Iceland stores are very easy by finding right products&items, very organising of products on isles and shelves, good prices.

Not enough staff in this store. One person at of checkouts managing self service, her own till and home delivery at the same time. Poor work ethic for this company.
