Excellent customer service by Keval who I believe is a new shift manager. There was an issue with my previous order but he was brilliant in rectifying the issue and ensuring I was left happy.

Recieved my order tonight to find out the cookies was still raw in the center in which isn’t good for my pregnant partner. Had called into the store where I was helped by the manager called Rudra. Was very apologetic and sorted out the issue without any issues.
