The worse service possible, went in there a total of 3 times as i was experiencing some problems with my phone. The Asians are rude, unhelpful and just don't give a damn. CAN'T HELP YOU seems to be their motto, and they won't look at the phone.\\nThe Somalian however is friendly and polite and will go to lengths to help!

Really bad costumer service, they said they opened till 8 pm and I been there at 6:30 pm to collect my new phone and nobody from carephone warehouse was in there so I will have to come back again sometime tomorrow they are wasting our time and money
