We were assisted by Sales Consultant (As1043) and were incredibly disappointed with her lack of help in her customer service. We initially exchanged Euros and went through the transaction. Every time I come here the staff members are on the phone on their personal mobiles. I've tried to order Currency twice been made to fill out a form with promises someone will phone when my currency is ready. No one's ever phoned so I've been left hanging and forced to go else where won't be returning
