My daughter went to get a pizza and paid cash was told they don’t give change and gave her a sauce . The pizza is never cut thro but can’t say the food isn’t nice

I ordered a collection on the website, called the hut to see when it was ready and was told they hadn’t received my order, how did I place it in the app or the website.
