I wanted return an item from Amazon. I was adviced at Amazon I don't need to pack my parcel when using UPS access point. Unfortuantelly, a shop assistant at Londis told me (in very unpolite way) that it needs to be packed. Please respect your customers and update UPS website if you can't fullfill these requirements.

Went this morning to collect wish order at 06.45 as it says 07.00 am opening Sunday I sit there with other people till 08.10 took photos still not open I have rang store still not open and it is after 09.00 am poor service I had to drive 3.5 miles to this store got a proof for head office.
