First I called this chemist where the phones are not answered. Was waiting for 30 mins trying to call and when I went in to the chemist the service was terrible.

Useless covid appointment booked today for 910am 7people in front waiting when I got there noone doing anything !!!!No excuse as ment to be open from 830 am waste if time and no respect !

Phone constantly engaged tried for 5 straight hours to make a telephone order , someone is ending the calls, when I turned up to the pharmacy the phone still engaged, was told to busy to answer, what about if an elderly patient needed to order a prescription, disgraceful service!!
