The staff is so rude that I am shocked! There was an older lady clearing the shelves, I was passing with the buggy saying "sorry'' which she found offending. She was talking in her own language and said i had plenty of space to pass her. I was literally shocked, never been told off for being polite and apologising to pass... read full comment

The Wathamstow branch is the worst tkmaxx ever ! Fitting room feels like border controls and make you feel very uncomfortable! Staff rude and not interested ! Security staff grumpy look rough and think they are some kind of special forces . The store is badly arranged ! Iv seen better setups in charity shops.
