Staff member with glasses and parted hair acts like she doesn't want to be there. Did not want to serve me and kept huffing and puffing when I asked for a fragrance. Wanted to buy a fragrance for my mum, but I left because of the terrible service and went next door to The Fragrance Shop. Be professional!

Went there today service was extremely slow even though it was not busy at all. One lady staff member with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes did not even acknowledge I was standing there not once.All she had to say was \\\"I will be with you soon\\\" but nothing.
