The staff working there is impolite and rude. But I keep going there because it’s very close to me.

I live 5 minutes from there’s so this is my go-to shop… went yesterday and at the cash desk I’ve been treated like an animal. The lady rudely pulled the basket while my hand was still inside trying to reach for the plastic bag.
