Total waste of time, spent over 30 minutes on the self payment queue only to be told when it’s my turn that I can’t use contactless because of service. I mean, why can’t you put a sign from the beginning of the queue or outside to stop people from wasting their time. The first time I’ll experience such bad customer... read full comment
