This pharmacy is incredibly unreliable… patients consistently don't receive medications on time. It's concerning that they fail to grasp the potential life-threatening consequences of missed doses. The phone line is always “ busy”, and when I visited them in person, I was informed it hadn't been working that week....

A friend of mine has been trying to phone them and the phone is not answered. He's recuperating from a stomach operation and needs his medication. When he's been along to collect it (in pain when walking) it's not been available. He has to keep walking there to check each day as no-one contacts him. Why can't this pharmacy...

Booked a private flu jab only to be told on the day that they don't have the vaccine in stock currently. Very unprofessional service (or rather lack thereof) and no accountability at all. If you can't offer the service there must be a way to not accept appointments even if they are booked through a central system or cancel...
