The guy at till was so rude , poor service. This branch deserves better staff.

Very incompetent staff members.I went in to purchase a gift card 2 weeks ago, was in and out within 5 minutes. Today I went again to get the same gift card and was told its not authorised. I went to get some gift cards this morning to use for physio therapy by playing games, as I have cerebral palsy to be informed that the manager thinks that I am being scammed. WOULD he prefer me to have my right hand amputated because I AM NOT able to get an appointment with a physio, I keep being sent to a plastic surgeon.
