Went in for a walk in flu jab, was told they don't do walk ins. They do. And was then told they didn't have time, I was the only customer in the store at that point...Bit of common sense would have been great, rather than laziness.

Went in to see if my prescription was there and got met with discrimination.Was it because I'm black or male or taller or more educated in how to communicate.
