Refused to install new nose-pads in my glasses, which I bought from Vision Express. Extremely understaffed waited for 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged me.

Unprofessional and rude staff . I have been a customer of vision Express for years . I will never buy anything again in this place ! They should select the people working with customers !

The staff is amazing, what I liked was there was no pressure on selling glasses on customer which is usually the case with the other opticians I have visited in past.
