The Manager got potentials but do not meet the basic communication standards for a healthy relationship between employees and management.

Not happy with this branch,many times declining the appointment,or made me wait 1 hour in wainting area,and when got another schedule to pick up my glasses ,were not even ready and asking to come back later for them(why did they ask me to wait for 2 weeks then?)
