Horrible customer service gives a lot of excuses to not do something and there is no point in standing in the queue it’s a waste of time.

Been coming to this branch for years and has gone downhill massively. Wait time to see someone is horrendous. Lack of staff and branch is not open long enough. Lack of nearby branches too. Customer service is awful, very unhelpful and unfriendly. Needs more staff.

I use this branch only to pay cash in.No point standing at the chasing queue as they take so long.
