It makes a nice change to have a branch with humans at tills, the HSBC I tried this morning only had machines and I couldn’t get what I needed so I was very grateful when I came to the Santander branch. Yes the queues were long, but I found Dawn really polite and helpful once I got to her so thank you!

The staff at front are an absolute disgrace, patronising if your actually lucky to talk to them otherwise you have to queue up to speak to cashiers at the back usually a 20 minute wait only to be told the staff at the front will help as it's not their department only to find the guys in front are not there, another 30 minutes...
