Extremely poor service Bank ordered a new card, I didn't request one but they advised I should have a new card during to the magnetic strip. The new card didn't arrive and they blocked my old card the day before I was due to travel to Berlin. They were unable to help or reinst my card and advised I ask friends... read full comment

Staff at this branch in general have always been helpful. During my visit yesterday there was a member of staff called Reshma who helped show me how to change my address, rename accounts, and printed and certified my address for proof of residence. I was in and out of the branch within 20 minutes or so. Good experience.
