Very inefficient service. I had to wait 30 minutes to access my safe deposit locker. I had to wait until a member of staff was available to give me access to the locker.I have had a locker with harrow branch, but it was always a pleasant experience. Very bad. Work shy. Came in just before 5, People sitting around yet they tell us we can’t be seen because there are 2 people before us. Only saw one person. ? it’s such a Mickey Mouse bank with a Mickey Mouse service.
