Went to collect my parcel and the old man was very rude and shouted at me. They usually instruct you to look for your own parcel in a bag. Just a very unpleasant atmosphere. I think most people have the same horrible experience.

Same experience as everyone else! Rudest, rudest staff going. We refuse to give them our custom anymore due to the attitude given if you want to collect or send a parcel. So rude and inconsiderate!! Walked 1/2 an hour to post my parcel at their shop. gave me an excuse that the delivery drivers hadn’t shown up since saturday and i asked if i could keep the packages there until they came (bear in mind they are very small) and started full on shouting at me like it was my fault they didn’t... read full comment
