I visited this branch with my son yesterday, to open a youth account. Dominique was amazing! So helpful, and friendly. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience at this branch :)

Have banked with these guys for 25+ years. Most recently attended with my son to set him up an account. Was told this was done online. Turns out this is wrong and needs to be set up in the branch. All told a pretty pants experience.

Luckily there was no queue today as I really only wanted to pay in some cash via the ATM but it wasn't working.
