I went into the Uxbridge branch today- I was supported by a lady named Kelly- she was super helpful to deal with my enquiry. I am so happy with her gentle manner and helpful nature.

My sister went into the branch today to deposit some money. The lady at the till, she had a bob style haircut, went off at her.
