Called to ask if they had a drug I was looking for. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. Came to pick up an e-prescription from my dentist, but the pharmacist couldn't find it. After multiple back-and-forths, she finally located it in her emails and took no accountability for looking in the wrong place. Not a great experience.
