Be wary of using this pharmacy, I paid for my prescriptions and they claimed I applied for a free prescription despite me still having the records that I paid for it. NHS sent me a £100 penalty fine. If you have to use this pharmacy record everything and keep your receipts

They have been illegally charging me for a prescription I was not supposed to pay for. I will be launching a complaint to get my money back and against the pharmacy. I suggest you avoid
