Ordered something on Tuesday, 5 days later they haven’t even dispatched it. Spoke to someone on the phone yesterday. They told me they don’t know why it’s not been dispatched but they have no drivers left. Told me they’d send it today, which is a Sunday and it’s closed. The member of staff on the front desk was rude, patronising and unhelpful. I also waited ages for them to even acknowledge my presence and then to bring my item out- overall terrible service, I won't be using Euro car parts again.
