The service is very slow and one staff in particular in the name of Betty is extremely rude. Half of the time they haven’t got the right sort of milk to put in your coffee plus it takes around 10 minutes to get a coffee Terrible staff and service.

Evening baristas terrible customer service. Walked in the store to no acknowledgement, ignored by Baristas who carried on cleaning tasks despite me waiting. Mumbled/barely audible answers to my question regarding stock. I get you want to go home but speak to me like a customer or better even a human.
