This business might operate fine as a pharmacy, but not as a parcel pick up point. They seem to operate according to mood, as to whether they want to provide this extra service. I recently had a parcel from DHL refused twice from this shop, although they are advertised as a collection point on the DHL website.

This pharmacy is clearly a family run business they have kids and everyone working in there. The eldery lady who they call "MUM or Aunty" is very weird she tells you to wait in a side after taking payment or if waiting for prescription but its so small you can't even wait in a side Without People brushing against you. HORRIFIC COSTUMER SERVICE ! Racist staff that like to treat black people dirt the rude old bitter lady at the till never gives eye contact shouts at you and the men sorting out the precriotions will gossip about you whilst your standing there . Avoid and go the bees across the road .
