Picking up garden trellis which is fit for purpose is very challenging, I found 1 out of 14 which was half decent. I told one of the staff on the floor that the trellis was not good enough to be sold, they didn't show any interest

Finished work and rush to the store to get some bits. The sign says stores closes at 8.00pm however at 19.48 the door is closed and I cannot go in. 12 minutes is more than enough time to get some screws and glue and be gone before 8.00pm. Outrageous

Whilst some of the staffs customer service is questionable (unfriendly and on their phones) , a lovely man named Martin was incredible helpful. He approached us and asked if we needed help and answered all our queries, great help when we were in a rush!
