I had a brilliant experience today in Costa Crediton.
The staff that were working today were so helpful. My toddler accidentally spilt my coffee all over the floor, and before I could even get up to ask for some assistance, a lovely lady called Paula came over with a mop bucket and instantly cleaned it up. I apologised... read full comment

Really enjoyed visiting Costa in Ripley, Derbyshire today.
The staff do a great job and I really enjoyed the Americano.

Staff are very nice, kind, helpful and friendly, well trained and professional, I only had one bad experience, I found hair in my coffee.
Parking: It was always ok for me, I parked outside the cafe or beside the cafe.
