Hardly ever open and always seems to be closed when I’ve tried to visit during advertised hours. When they are open the staff aren’t generally friendly and can be patronising. I prefer to use the one in Upminster instead.

I went to exchange old style stamps and was told that they do not have forms and envelopes for the returns process. Wasted journey.
