The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly and smiley. Have seating inside as well as outside, and there is always a mix of people and it's not busy that you struggle to find a seat .
Can't comment on the food they serve, however, the pastry looks good.
mobile orders are always messed up in this branch. whenever i order from the app. either they don’t receive it or either give me the wrong drink. poor customer service.

I don't know whether they are recieving different training or if they are just hiring lovely people, but every time I go in to this branch of Starbucks I leave in a better mood! And that's entirely down to the staff and their exceptional customer service. I'd love them to know how good a job they're doing ?
