Click and collect is meant to quick and efficient. Had the displeasure of having to visit 4 times in one day. Every time the store was empty, yet still had to wait 10 mins to pick my order despite checking in and ordering in advance. A screwfix with barely any parking! Who walks around and pops into screwfix! A shame becuase it makes it difficult to pop in!
