Highly disappointed. Not accessible for disabled. Front Desk staff said different stories every time about the disabled room. Room was small.
Safety: ‘Oh yeah, we have a disabled room here’ Said disabled room was occupied after calling them and confirming that ‘yes, It is free.’
Room and bathroom looked a bit tired and no WiFi. Good location for Kew Gardens and Hampton Court. Free parking at hotel. Evening meals were excellent with great service but breakfast was poor and on second morning no breakfast at all! (Zero staff).
