Overall the hotel was excellent - the breakfasts good and the staff very efficient and courteous. Posting to register the fact that certain parts of the hotel need modernisation. I used to work at this hotel 10 years ago when everything was new and the quality was great. I expected to see an updated version of what I knew - that was not the case. We started as a deal while attending a charity dinner and feel the hotel takes advantage of the fact people kind of need to stay there if attending functions at Twickenham.
