Shop has gone to hell since the previous manager left. Was told a dress would be kept for me til the nx day as had to get back to work. Went back next morning and they had sold it, did not call me despite having my number. Am a regular but this was appalling and unprofessional. Well done for leaving a message on the door about why and when you were unable to open. It really helps the customers to know what is happening. I hope you find a new member of staff soon
