Called in to sort out a technical problem with setting up a transfer and was dealt with promptly and courteously. Well done.

Partner with disability hasn't access to a card so if Twickenham branch is closed and they can't travel..can't work a laptop or mobile phone. Maybe the atms should have an emergency access.. as money is needed on a day to day basis when the branch is only issuing small amounts daily ... from their account.Going there daily...
