Always used this store but some newer staff that don't understand customer service. They should be taught to understand customers and not just say no. Returned some items and the default answer was no and contested rather then apologise and sympathise with the the customer for wasting their time buying the cheap, rubbish... read full comment

Every time I've gone there for a certain product they were out of stick. B&Q much better.
