ordered bulb and payed online . after i got confirmation email of collection i went towards Halfords Twickenham branch but upon reaching manager Farid was rude and saying bulb out of stock . i had travelled all the way from southall to Twickenham waste of my time . shame

My 3 month electric bike was left on shop for repair and was promised to give it back after 2 weeks but unfortunately they were unable to repair it on time and told me to wait for more 2 to 3 days, for me it was unacceptable as I was using taxi to get to work which was costing me a lot, after long discussions with Halfords...
