Like every Costa Coffee I have been to, this is the best coffee shop without a doubt. The staff are always just so polite and respectable and the drinks/cakes are always made perfect each time without fail. Starbucks, Pret a manager, Caffe Nero and Greggs can't keep up with the standards of Costa Coffee.

Today I brought mango frappe were they making it so different than other costa and also I brought ham/cheese sandwich and snacks. I pays 20£ cash intentionally I think they didn’t give me my change. I ask the staff were is my change then he give it to me not even apologising ask for receipt I found out they over charged... read full comment
