Most of the staff here are fantastic, especially the long-serving guy with the "man-bun".
Recently my wife had to return her latte & politely requested a new one as it was lukewarm & the girl gave an audible tut & a glacial look. She'd also put a head on the wet latte so not her only mistake. These drinks are expensive,... read full comment

Went to this branch on Sunday, and I ordered a ice latte. The young girl at the till was quite nice and welcoming and allowed me to take my time ordering, not making me feel time constrained and pressured unlike in other places. The latte was also lovely, overall a great experience!
