Friendly staff, big enough to have almost all the things you need, and has a pharmacy as well. I believe the only chain health/beauty store in the area, however unfortunately it doesn't have a self-checkout till.

Been coming to the West Norwood branch for years - fab service from all the staff, Barry is great along with all the other staff.
