The RSPCA in the south east have decided it is fine to keep dogs in an outside cage with no access to shade because they have a small PLASTIC igloo to get into to escape from the heat. This is NOT an organisation that has animal welfare at its heart. You try taking respite from 37 degrees in a plastic igloo

Not this place. Rspca it's self. Do they think animals don't get injured over the week ends.. rang three time no answer. Not even voice mail.. got told they don't open over the weekend. How out dated is that.. its not the 1830s.. so left animal with water food.locked in . cant get it out.. had to go home.. must say... read full comment
